So I've decided to give you all a little trip into my mind... and specifically the part of my mind that views and comprehends television. Each show will be rated on a scale from 1 to 5 in the following categories: humor, plot, characters, emotion and believability, and A.W.T.D.T.A.O.T.S.W.A.B.I.T.W.T.S. (a word to describe the amount of time someone will actually be inclined to watch that show.) These are all based off of my personal opinion... so sorry if my beliefs contradict yours.
1. That 70s Show:
Been around since the late 90s up until the early '00s.. Known for it's theme song and the catchy line, "HELLO WISCONSIN!!!" as well as its many sexual undertones and drug and smoking references.
HUMOR: 5
PLOT: 4
CHARACTERS: 5
EMOTION AND BELIEVABILITY: 3
A.W.T.D.T.A.O.T.S.W.A.B.I.T.W.T.S.: 3- (I love the first couple of seasons but once Donna and Eric get engaged I don't really like the show.)
2. Good Luck Charlie:
A newer Disney Channel show... viewer age demographic probably ranges from 7-12.... oh whatever. Has a very cute baby as a "lead" (Charlie) and a bunch of other mediocre actors portraying a typical American family.
HUMOR: 4
PLOT: 2
CHARACTERS: 2
EMOTION AND BELIEVABILITY: 1
A.W.T.D.T.A.O.T.S.W.A.B.I.T.W.T.S. 5. (Even though my personal ratings were poor, this show makes me happy and I always get excited when I watch one I haven't seen before.)
3. The Simpsons
Been around forever. Seriously... I feel like I heard once that they have like over 500 episodes? Hold on I just checked on google.. as of 2011, they've had 22 season and 476 episodes. Talk about longevity!
HUMOR: 4
PLOT: 3
CHARACTERS: 5
EMOTIONS AND BELIEVABILITY: 1
A.W.T.D.T.A.O.T.S.W.A.B.I.T.W.T.S.: 3. (I'll watch it when it's convenient but I don't go out of my way to seek out new episodes... especially the new ones, because by the 476th one they get a little dry.)
4. The Secret Life of the American Teenager
A break out series hit on ABC a few years ago, intensely dramatic story of a girl who gets pregnant at band camp. And then everyone starts hooking up and getting pregnant or dying. You know, just like every other American teenager.
HUMOR: 2
PLOT: 3 (Gets a little crazy as it goes on.)
CHARACTERS: 3
EMOTIONS AND BELIEVABILITY: 5/3 (5 for emotions, 3 for believability)
A.W.T.D.T.A.O.T.S.W.A.B.I.T.W.T.S: 2. (I got pretty into it for the first season and then it got ridiculous- hence the 3 for believability- and I lost interest.)
5. The Glee Project
My newest T.V. interest! I don't actually watch just "Glee", but instead I watch the project, which basically is a talent competition based on dancing, singing, acting (and the attitude) of a bunch of teens contending for a spot on a season of Glee. Intense.
HUMOR: 2
PLOT: 5
CHARACTERS: 5
EMOTIONS AND BELIEVABILITY: 5
A.W.T.D.T.A.O.T.S.W.A.B.I.T.W.T.S: 5. (I've never "followed" a T.V. show before this. My life has been changed.)
Well, there you have it. All of these shows I am or have been interested in at one time (and have taken the time to actually watch for more than just one episode.) I hope this wasn't a complete waste of time for you. Now go watch some T.V.

Welcome! I'm Allison.. but hopefully you know that, or you're a major creep. Read my random, aimless thoughts, check out my pictures (with their extreme lack of technicality- P.S. SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE FOR MY "PICTURE OF THE ALLOTTED UNIT OF TIME") or just sit and look at the screen with spittle forming at the corner of your mouth. (: Go wild!

Life Update.
So, as I have been gone for like 8 months, I think it is only fair I give you a very brief summary of what I have been up to for these past few months. My favorite part is the pictures. Didn't someone once say they were worth a thousand words?
Winter Formal: Being myself, I went with friends. My friend Mari here went with our friend Michael though! Pretty anticlimactic.
The worst class of my existence ended... A.P. Euro. Here is me celebrating.
Funny Girl: A show I was in, performing at the end of June! Me with my friend Kara, who played Mrs. Strakosh! She was amazing.
Confirmation: I got confirmed!! Here are some of me and my other newly confirmed friends! Don't we look classy. (:
Romeo and Juliet: Casted as Juliet! This picture makes me really uncomfortable... so I'm just gonna skim over it. All the other ones were of me in the dressing room with people half clothed behind me so...
Summer time: Chillin like a villain. I was at the zoo with some friends in this picture... go youth!!
Well, I'm sorry if that was was too much information for you... it was probably more fun for me than it was for you... once again supporting how tragically pathetic my life can be at times. Have a good day!! That was random, but I really do hope your day is good. Hahahah....

Procrastination problem...
Well. It's been quite a while. Since at least December I believe.... I sort of went for several months either forgetting about my blog completely, reading other people's blogs and being reminded of how pitifully pathetic mine is, or remembering it and thinking to myself, "i really should get back to that about now..." well, as you can see, option three finally won. So here I am, waiting for my pal Jack to skype me.. (another reminder of how sad and boring my life can be... I'm blogging and WAITING for someone to skype me. Really- why do I have friends?) and my blog suddenly seemed extremely appealing to me! However, for the .00001 percent of you that actually missed my blog, I apologize... and I think it's time for me to come to terms with this.. but I have a.. slight procrastination problem. Hence the title of this blog. BUT I would like to say... that there IS a reason I stopped blogging for a while. If you recall my last blog, (or even if you don't.. just go back and read it, or take my word for it) I was talking about my winter break experience at my aunt's house with my family. I thought it was a pretty decent blog... but when I write these I typically don't think about what other people will think when they read it.. I just like to hear the sound of my own voice. Or... the sound of my own fingers drumming the keyboard. Lame. Hahah! Anyway, after retreating to my bedroom.. or my cousins bedroom, I was heading back down stairs when all of a sudden I heard the unmistakable sounds of my own words from my latest blog... coming out of my mother's mouth! As I sat down on the stair case, hidden by a large wall, I could hear all of my aunts reading my blog to eachother! And the worst thing was.. they were making fun of it! My mom was actually defending me, saying stuff like "I promise, she really is a talented student!" and the rest of them were, (most likely quite drunk off of festive beer) saying stuff like "who would EVER read this?" So, horribly offended, I came down stairs and crossed my arms at them, (HA. I'm sure THAT really got them good.) and told them off for invading my personal privacy and criticizing my thoughts. And crushing my dreams. Okay not really that last one, but I wanted them to feel guilty. Turns out, after I shut off the lap-top, they clicked onto the internet and clicked "back" over and over until they found this. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? So... I laid low on the internet scene for a while. I think 8 months is a long enough break though. Well.. sorry for boring you with this. Hopefully you didn't have quite the same reaction to my blog as my aunts and mother! *mutters darkly to self as she hits the "publish post" button*.
